Description
One of Scotland's most popular authors. Best known for her celebrated crime fiction, she has written 12 novels as well as 13 issues of DC's Hellblazer comic series. The Glasgow-born author has presented numerous television and radio shows. Her novel The Long Drop, based on the Peter Manuel case, won both the Gordon Burn Prize and the McIlvanney Prize. General venue access
- Accessible entry: Stand 3 is accessible from the pavement with steps leading to a courtyard. The venue is situated in the basement part of the building. There are 15 steps in total with a 90 degree turn on a stone staircase with handrails. Once inside the Stand 3 has a further 3 steps indoors before leading to the main space. Staff are always available to assist, however we cannot help to carry customers.
