General venue access

The venue has unreserved seating prior warning and early access is required sold out shows are very cramped

Access from the pavement with steps leading to a courtyard. The venues are situated in the basement of the building. There are 15 steps in total with a 90 degree turn. Once inside the venue, Stand 4 is accessible on the flat with a right turn and Stand III has a further 3 steps. Staff are always available to assist customers, however we cannot help to carry customers.

Stand 3

Accessible entry: Stand 3 is accessible from the pavement with steps leading to a courtyard. The venue is situated in the basement part of the building. There are 15 steps in total with a 90 degree turn on a stone staircase with handrails. Once inside the Stand 3 has a further 3 steps indoors before leading to the main space. Staff are always available to assist, however we cannot help to carry customers.

Stand 4

Accessible entry: Stand 4 is accessible from the pavement with steps leading to a courtyard. The venue is situated in the basement part of the building. Staff are always available to assist, however we cannot help to carry customers.

Description

Across the road from The Stand Comedy Club (Stand 1), Stand 3 is one of the largest venues in the Stand family, presenting fabulous productions in a superb large theatre space with its own bar. Stand 4 is an intimate studio with exciting Fringe debuts. Venues accessible through courtyard at basement level. Latecomers may not be admitted.

Food/Drink

Fully licensed bar within Stand 3. Stand 4 refreshments can be purchased via the upstairs hotel bar and venue access via the internal staircase. Please note drinks cannot be taken onto the street.

Age Limit

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No under 18's after 9pm.
