Description

Guitar and Songs: 'Claude Bourbon's music is rooted in multiple traditions – blues, jazz, folk, Mediterranean, and for good measure classical. (Can we say Bach!?). Mr. Bourbon's guitar fingering and arrangements are varied and eloquent. He has the gift of brilliant sequencing. The result is a hypnotic voyage along a river of songs and instrumentals using a vast array of music tools to paint a landscape we have all visited in person or in our dreams' (FolkWorks.org). General venue access

  • Accessible entry: Four steps from street to building front door. On request, a ramp is available from pavement into building entrance. Flat ground floor thereafter. Box office is wheelchair accessible via a temporary ramp. Temporary Ramp is aluminium, with medium gradient. Unknown weight limitations but easily mounted with help. Entrance has approx 5-6 person wide runway from pavement to main entrance door with railings on both sides and handrails.

    • Wheelchair access type: Temporary Ramp, Level Access

  • Stairs: 2 - 5
    Number of stairs is provided as guidance and is not in addition to any wheelchair access type (lift/ramp etc) stated above.

How and when to make an access booking

Our access tickets service is available to anyone who:

  • Would like to book specific accessibility services, e.g. a hearing loop, audio description headsets, captioning units, seating in relation to the location of the BSL interpreter
  • Requires extra assistance when at a venue
  • Has specific seating requirements
  • Is a wheelchair user
  • Requires a complimentary personal assistant ticket to attend a performance
