General venue access

Royal Terrace is flat and approached up a gradient either from the top of Leith Walk/London Road or Abbeyhill. The basement entrance is accessed by stone steps down from street level. The main entrance to the building has access from a single stone step preceeded by a 'run-in' and three stone steps up from the pavement (see pic). There is a portable ramp to help wheelchair users enter.

The basement bar is inaccessible to wheelchairs. Four steps from pavement to main entrance door.
