Description
Los Angeles absurdists, Jackie Skinner and Kym Priess, take you on two very different rides of your life in one free hour. In Jackie's Beautiful Night, donning the longest dress in America, the crowd goes on a dialogue-light, wacky, interactive, comedic and entry-level accordion playing odyssey. On Kym's Loser Lion Party Bus: Dressed as a deranged lion, a wrestler reject turned party provocateur leads an electrifying journey to living the dream via a whirlwind of synth-rock singalongs, air guitar battles and drinking contests while pumping the gas on a vocal looper pedal. Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted. I loved the show! Especially the Lion’s part of it.
Fun, engaging, surprising. Just when you think you know what it’s all about, Jerry is surprising you again.
A lot of audience participation, so be ready for it, hop on the bus and PUT ‘EM UP!

What an incredible double-act. First, Beautiful Night has a very endearing, gentle crowd involvement of a WIP idea that has got tons of legs for a full show. This pairs perfectly with Loser Lion Party Bus which is singularly the most involved, energetic and engaging clown show of the entire Fringe. There are a lot of great clown shows this year, but this one truly has the crowd as part of the show. But don't worry if you're nervous or just want to watch - none of it is meanspirited in the slightest. Everyone can enjoy, but especially if you're an artist yourself. I'll be singing "put em up, put em up" for weeks now!
