Oh my WORD. Me and my little brother went to his Wednesday show in the Carbon, convinced by the strange title and we were DETERMINED TO GO. And by god did that determination pay off.

In a room full of eight people from across the country, we laughed, we sang, and we were in AWE of this amazing comedian.

This man is a comical LEGEND, I never thought I would be comfortable in such a small room but honestly, he is such a great host and does amazing with crowd interaction!

FURTHERMORE, when we passed by Carbon later and he was advertising his show, he recognised us and said our names which is BLOODY IMPRESSIVE! This man genuinely cares about the peeps he is with and I would 100% go back and see him again, for a pay what you want show THIS. IS. WORTH. IT

Also this show lead to me and my lil bro singing, "a wholefoods chicken" loudly whilst eating mcd, STILL LAUGHING HOURS LATER, and we still randomly sing at each other. Go see it and make some amazing memories you will NOT regret.

10/10 (+1 for the two stickers he went AND SEARCHED FOR, and now I proudly have a wholefoods chicken sticker)

This is what stand-up is actually like. It’s not packed theatres of people who came just to see you: it’s a handful of strangers who somehow wound up in a very small room at 2 in the afternoon and are ready to take whatever happens. What happens in this case, is an hour of jokes with a host who can roll with whatever punches are thrown at him: from the Hecklin’ Irish to two kids under 12. Great jokes, great stories, REALLY great Creed-voice for the songs.

We arrived and realised we were at the wrong show, but decided to stay anyway, and we are so glad we did .
The was very intimate, with a very warm and intimate feeling. Julian, was very bubbly and enthusiastic even before the show started . We didn't have a clue what the show was about or what to expect . It started slow, but soon Julian got in to his groove and the show picked up pace and never stopped. Julian's story telling is very funny, he interacts with the audience as if they were friends, but topping it all off are his songs each one was funnier than the last ,I'm so glad we got to see the show, it was our best Edinburgh mistake.

Room was warm luckily we had a fan, and Julian has 2 new fans also x
