Amazing Show, both members of the cast were outstanding. I had my reservations before the show however they were immediately put to bed. i would recommend to anyone with eyes or ears!!!

If we could give 6 stars we would. Stellar, outstanding, exquisite production. An absolute heartbreaking joy from beginning to end. The two actors and singers are superb and are utterly convincing and believable as young couple in love, until tragedy strikes. The issues touched upon in this musical are incredibly profound: love, loss, personhood, grief, longing and more but nothing is heavy handed. Everything is beautifully handled by the two leads and the accompanying pianist is masterful. You will not see a better performance anywhere at the Fringe. That’s a promise. Do NOT miss You and It !!!!

This show is a fascinating and emotional exploration of the relationship between humans and AI. The storyline is deep, and the music is both touching and memorable. The actors deliver strong performances, and the stage design creates an immersive experience. The show also raises interesting questions about the future and humanity, which made it even more engaging. It's a thought-provoking and visually stunning production that leaves a lasting impression.
Go and see this. Recommended!

In just an hour, the story was beautifully and completely unfolded. The development of Asian productions is truly remarkable. When this production becomes an official performance, it is bound to create a significant buzz. It's a different kind of story from the traditional Broadway or West End styles—one that feels like our own story, set in a possible future. Because it is a story about the future, a substantial investment in stage production and special effects will likely be necessary for its official performance.

For those who seek highly provocative content, which often dominates the Fringe, this may not be the right fit. However, if you're looking for something warm and heartfelt, I highly recommend this work. I've heard there are only five performances left. I'll gladly bring my friend press along and come watch it again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You & It is simply a beautiful story about love (or is it?)
So endearing the performances are captivating.
I left with a tear in my eye.

Little gem of a show if you like musicals!! Go support the talented performers, you will not regret it!

Brilliant, beautiful perfect musical. Fully crafted. Stunning performances from the actors. Captivating from the start. Deserves to breakout from the Fringe and take a west end slot.
NOTE:- this is in English and doesn't require goggles as indicated on some posters. Don't be put off.

This is an exquisite piece of musical theatre. I loved it.

Such a sweet, thoughtful and colourful show. I absolutely loved the music, it has a real sensitivity and the MD, composer and performers were all on point. Check this out if you can before it hits the West End!

Utterly charming musical, highly recommended. Excellent performances and beautiful piano playing. Well directed and nicely styled. Add to that an intriguing love story and you have a wonderfully entertaining show. I would gladly see it again and I will look to see if a recording is available. For the avoidance of doubt, the show is performed in English :)

The only non-comedy show I saw at the Fringe and it was worth it. I went in having not read anything about the show so the plot was very effective for me. Beautiful singing and really touching performances. Definitely recommend.

I thought this was very good - two strong performances (especially the woman), and an interesting premise. The score is strong with some lovely melodies. I'd like to see it developed into a longer piece as some scenes felt a bit truncated or rushed. Recommend seeing it here, and I hope it has a future life.

A love story / morality tale about accepting the inevitability of change, and what happens when we cling to the past. The two leads have polished singing voices, and imbue both music and dialogue with passion and sincerity. There's a pop music gloss to the score, but it's skillfully and sincerely delivered. The story pleasingly defies expectations, and keeps us emotionally invested even after it goes in unusual directions.

I'd suggest trying to avoid this show's posters out on the streets; some are spoilery!

oh my gosh i need a second i’m still crying, wow just wow. i just had the honour of seeing potentially one of the best shows the fringe has to offer this year. you & it has been masterfully crafted to remind you what matters most in life and to cherish the time you have with the ones/things that do. Be completely involved and enthralled in the journey through what some would feel to be the perfect relationship until a freak accident completely turns things on it’s head and steadily spirals and walks you through all that comes with grief, change, heartbreak and love, all with a black mirror edge & feel to it. it’s one of the most heartwarming but also equally heartaching productions i’ve EVER seen as you watch them steadily sow the seeds for the plot for those who are paying attention to the little details and telling a thoughtful and overarching story and message at the same time that had my jaw on the floor more often than not, the performances of the characters Gyujin & Mina were outstanding with the number’s being so beautifully performed and staged, paired with the acting that really helped bring this to another level entirely. never a dull moment, left wondering what’s around the next corner as you slowly come to grips with the reality of the situation as it seems like the characters are as well. such a moving plot that had everyone in the room reaching for tissues and leaving with a heavy heart but in the best way possible. this is not a love story, it’s a story of love. that needs to be witnessed by all.

truly captivating, bring the tissues
thank you

still have no idea how you managed to fit that work of art into a 1hr slot.

I snagged a 2-for-1 ticket and figured, why not check it out? I was a bit surprised by how packed the place was, but once the show started, I totally got why it’s so popular. Even though it was a fringe production, the stage was absolutely top-notch. Honestly, I could see this show holding its own on Broadway. If I had one tiny nitpick, it’d be that an orchestra with at least six musicians would take the already awesome music to the next level. The soundtrack is super high-quality, fresh, and really creative. Definitely go see it if you get the chance. Rating: 5/5.

Must-see musical show in Edinburgh.
It was my first time seeing Korean show. So I didn't know what to expect at first.
But the music was very well done and the twist in the story kept my jaw off the floor.
The impact of this show is still fresh in my heart, and I don't want to wake up from it.
Well done! 5/5

OMG I'm so proud of myself for seeing You&It.
It made me realise what is so precious in my life and what I should focus on in my heart, as I was only in Edinburgh for a few days.
The outstanding music and storyline made me cry uncontrollably, and the lighting effects gave me chills.
I highly recommend this show to everyone. 5/5

You&It was SUPERB.
I think it’s the most high-quality musical theatre show among this Fringe. It’s based on a classic and amazing love story, but I had a very unique twist in store for me. I’m sure everyone will be amazed by this.
I think You&It has the power to embrace all audiences, no matter how young or old.

NOTE: This musical is in English! There was no reference to the language and the only video clip showed a song in Korean.

A truly moving story beautifully sung by the 2 actors, this has the potential to be a full West End/Broadway production! 4/5 and recommended.

This year at the Fringe I saw Avenue Q, the emu war, i love you you're perfect now change, jaffa cake musical... This was my only non-comedy musical, and it was moving. The performers are both awesome and the pianist is a force of nature. Even the lighting made me cry a little. It's not your average love story, it's like a live musical episode of Black Mirror. If you're looking for something familiar but totally new, this is it

Attending this musical was an extraordinary experience. As my very first encounter with a high-quality musical performance at the Fringe Festival, I was utterly captivated. The production's seamless blend of captivating storytelling, exceptional musical compositions, and stellar performances left a lasting impression on me. This musical was a remarkable introduction to the world of high-quality performances at the Fringe. It set a high bar for any future shows I attend, and I am grateful for the unforgettable experience it provided.

What shines through from this production is the power of love, and its impact on the individual when loss happens: grief is a strong emotion but ultimately stems from love. No matter what is done to try and mitigate for grief, the only thing that works is time, the harsh lesson of which is played out on stage. This show will make you think about life and want to hug your loved ones while you can: remember to bring tissues.
