Description

On New Year’s Eve on Sydney Harbour the lives of Claire and Elisabeth collide. Claire, an 18-year-old runaway, finds herself entangled in a dangerous relationship with a man much older than her, while Elisabeth, seasoned by her own experiences, lives on the fringes of society. The long night – of vegetarian buffets, dissociative drugs, whiskey, cockroaches, rescue pets, dance routines, metallic bikinis and a weird harbourside family picnic – prompts Claire and Elisabeth to question their life choices. You may be the kitten but kittens have claws.
