Description

The worlds of Claire and Elisabeth collide as they navigate the weird and terrifying one fateful New Year's Eve. The long night – of vegetarian buffets, dissociative drugs, vintage shopping, stoned kittens, bad dancing, metallic bikinis and a dysfunctional family picnic – prompts Claire and Elisabeth to question their life choices. As fireworks light up the night-sky, they leave their old lives behind, permanently. 'A gripping, must see, think-lots-after experience... This is majestic poor theatre at its finest' (TheBarefootReview.com.au).

AMAZING acting- the way this duo worked seamlessly to tell this crazy story was incredible! Their ability to portray a variety of characters (and jump between so quickly) left me in awe! Totally
Immersive and a MUST see! Their last show is tomorrow- don’t miss it!

No spoilers but the end left me with my jaw on the ground!!! Go go go!

A beautifully performed piece with two characters who represented a lot of what is good and imperfect in young people, both were highly likeable despite their flaws. There was great chemistry between the two performers, and a balance of earnestness with a spark in their eye. The story gives you plenty of character development as you get to know the two ladies and their backstory, before reaching a dramatic conclusion. It kept you involved and engaged until the end, willing a positive outcome for the two characters.

We saw this show by accident looking for something on in the morning. We are so glad we did. It is beautifully crafted writing. The two actors are skilful and mesmerising and the story is gripping. Definitely recommend.
