This is a brilliant show. Through the medium of a yoga class (with real participants!) we hear how our teacher's life has been through various challenges she has faced.
Funny and thought provoking. A real 'must see'!

Funny, thoughtful and interactive, bring yoga things and if theres a space have a go. It's hard to understand why yoga teachers are so upbeat. Jillian is calm and comedic and takes the audience and her class on her life journey. Laugh out loud funny, entertaining and relatable.

Wish I had brought my yoga pants. We haven't seen a lot of shows, but this was the best so far. And it really was a Guardian top 50 pick, with good reason. Well acted, and lots of laughs. We really enjoyed it. Also looking forward to yoga with Madisommmmmmm Lipinski. ; ) Thanks for the rec, Jillian!

A wonderful show well worth getting up early in the morning for! It's everything non-yoga practitioners think about yoga... and more :-) It's funny and heart warming! Highly recommend @5/5.

This is a one-woman show beautifully constructed by Lia Romeo and excellently delivered by Michole Biancosino. Romeo’s script allows for the ad-libs skilfully delivered by Biancosino. This production seems to have found a flawless pairing. This a fine bit of theatre. Kudos.
