A somewhat predictable storyline with some strong performances by a young theatre company.

The reviews thus far came across as perhaps done by mums...but we took the risk ( we being middle aged mum and 14yr old daughter). Having seen it through unbiased eyes, I can confirm the ? mums are right...especially Jackie, Jaqueline and Maree. Sad that plot meant that fantastically acted disabled character had little agency in the end...but that out of hands of the exceptional young cast. You done good ! Collection for MND would be good

Saw it twice already and going again tomorrow!! Outstanding performances from everyone on stage, my goodness are they a talented lot! Lots of words can be used to describe this show - funny, heartwarming, slick, exceptional, but most of all unmissable!! If you haven’t seen it yet you better get a move on!

Went to see 13 today with my 14 year old- we totally loved it. Relatively new to the musical but loved the music and great performances all round from soloists and ensemble. Totally professional as ever.

Saw this show on Saturday, taking family to see it again on Monday. Brilliant production, as with all Captivate shows. Catchy tunes, plenty laughs and a good look at teenage years. Young cast are confident and professional.

13 (The Musical) to the Gilded Balloon's Rose Theatre with the energy, focus and talent to rival the professionals. The young cast is bursting with talent, tackling the musical performance element of the production with ease, but also delivering the more subtle humour in a way that many others would...
