Description
We will take all participants through a practice of Tai Chi warm up exercises, Qigong breathe exercises, Silk Reeling exercises and Tai Chi 8 Short Form. Grandmaster Liming Yue is one of the best Tai Chi and Qigong Masters in the Europe and he has been running the Tai Chi Centre in the UK since 1995. He has published a series of Tai Chi and Qigong books, videos and DVDs. He also hosts a number of professional seminars via the online platform at: www.taichicentre.com which is open to a worldwide audience.Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted.
