Description

A programme of cosmic piano music by legendary composer Karlheinz Stockhausen (1928-2007), whose evocation of the 12 signs of the zodiac is complemented by a sonic exploration of the solar system and beyond into deep space by Scottish composer Morris Pert (1947-2010) – better known for his session work with Kate Bush and Mike Oldfield, but whose classical compositions are now being remembered.

General venue access

  • Accessible entry: There is a permanent ramp from the street to the door on a very easy gradient and after that everything including the disabled toilet can be accessed via level access.

    • Wheelchair access type: Permanent Ramp, Level Access

  • Stairs: 2 - 5
    Number of stairs is provided as guidance and is not in addition to any wheelchair access type (lift/ramp etc) stated above.

How and when to make an access booking

Our access tickets service is available to anyone who:

  • Would like to book specific accessibility services, e.g. a hearing loop, audio description headsets, captioning units, seating in relation to the location of the BSL interpreter

  • Is a wheelchair user
  • Requires a complimentary personal assistant ticket to attend a performance
