Smoke not included was a brilliant comedy that had me laughing throughout. The storyline (written by Brandon and Cameron) was very well written as it was a story that nearly everyone can relate to. All the characters were played brilliantly and they really made you feel like you were in the flat with them. Couldn’t be prouder of all the cast and how they performed! Would highly recommend everyone to go watch smoke not included! Can’t wait to see what Brandon comes up with next

*Smoke not included was the best thing I had seen at the fringe this year. Possibly ever!

A show about the typical encounters every pot lover in Scotland has at least experienced once in some randoms gaff, utter brilliant

Jacko (played by Brandon Ferguson) gave great comedic lines with his complete and utter "total aff my nutt" energy, always rolling, smoking, or lighting, the fact he couldn't help but just laugh in serious situations really stood out to the fact he was "HIGH"-ly committed to the role

Aaron (played by L.J Aitken) is your typical young nervous lad who (I believe) has never tried a drug in his life, and to watch him hit his first bong - Aitken really made me chuckle with his bright red coughing face, over time you see Aaron start to loose his cool, he can't really focus, my eyes naturally focused on him alot as his facial expressions were effortless.

Neil (played by Lee Kirk) not gonna lie - you scared me mate

I went into this show with a very optimistic mindset that this would be a good watch. I can confirm this delivered just that and some. The comedic aspect of it had me laughing almost all of the time, the show was written by Cameron and Brandon Ferguson and it was written perfectly. The performances of Brandon Ferguson and Kayleigh Gallacher were enjoyable for me. They both had very natural showcases which I like in my actors. Compared to for me LJ Aitken who was at times over-performative although passionate. Lee Kirk was a splendid surprise with his top notch comedic timing.
This shows cast for me gets a 3.75/5 stars.
The show itself hits a higher 4.5/5 stars for me, would highly recommend this show for anyone interested.

Smoke Not Included is a show with a hidden heart. Hate him or love him, Neil will invoke a reaction and Brandon, Cameron and Lee all need applauded for that. Such a fun and addicting character and play as a whole. A huge well done to Headlessacting and I will be looking forward to Brandon and LJ’s next play.

Brilliantly put together, Brandon and Cameron’s funny and well thought through script had us laughing throughout. Of course, it wouldn’t be anything without Brandon’s (Jacko) great acting alongside Kayleigh (Lauren), L.J (Aaron) and Lee (Neil). They have all done an incredible job making you feel like you have been in that very flat having very similar conversations. Or maybe we have?

10/10, we high-ly recommend you check out this show!

A fantastic piece of entertainment, would highly recommend not just for the laugh out loud comedy but the heartfelt performances by the talented cast who made the characters loveable and relatable. Well done to all involved. Cant wait to see what this exciting new theatre company comes up with next! (I'll never listen to Rocketman the same way again)

So much fantastic comedy /drama on such a wee stage!! A must see stoner comedy with a twist or two, a real “hit”!

The sharp and witty one liners had the audience including myself in absolute stitches throughout! Some moments blew in unexpectedly and were just as engaging and even shocking at points. Won’t spoil those (just go see it) superb the whole way through!

Headless Acting managed to pack all this highly dynamic energy into such a tiny setting and maintained an excellent pace throughout the show retaining audience attention and enjoyment! Brandon Ferguson , Kayleigh Gallagher, L.J Aitken and Lee Kirk , all held the stage equally and the chemistry between them was perfect. Bloody brilliant would highly recommend!!

Thanks for the laughs Headless Acting!

* 5 STARS * This play is anchored by four strong actors. Ferguson as Jacko was a stand out star with his witty one liners, fabulous facial expressions and quick timing and he was also a writer and director of this play alongside Cameron T. Smith (writer) and Kayleigh Gallacher (director). Gallacher paints a realistic picture of a woman torn between a safe journey and a wild ride with her romance between Jacko and Aaron. Aitken, playing Aaron, was brilliant. A man at odds with himself, perhaps he had to grow up too quick? We cannot talk about growing up too quick without mentioning Neil, played by Kirk, a stoner hippy that never grew up. Picture the stoner Peter Pan, make him Scottish, add a few f bombs and you’ve got Neil.

Well Done to all you brilliant people! This wasn’t the usual type of show I would have saw at the Fringe but I couldn’t be happier to have experienced *Smoke Not Included. Well Done to Brandon and Kaylee, I will definitely be at the next one about the witches. We can’t wait. It’s 5 stars for this one.
Thank you for my papers too

Some of the finest slipper based acting I've ever seen! A fun show where you can't second guess what's going to happen next. 8/10

An interesting piece of art. Our main character is played by Lee Kirk, an actor with an improv comedy background. Kirk was impressive as Neil, battling with what could be “the best night ever” and his own inner demons. Executed to near perfection Lee is a natural performer. Actor, Director and Writer, Brandon Ferguson shone bright in this performance. A triple threat and one to watch, Brandon is a remarkable talent and I for one look forward to what he does next. Kayleigh Gallacher as Director and Actor, playing Lauren with the perfect balance of heat and heart. Being the only female in an all male cast, she stands out and not just because of her orange stripes. And last but certainly not least L.J Aitken as Aaron felt uncomfortable and almost like an outsider. L.J played the awkwardness and stillness of Aaron with expertise and he had me in stitches with his Elton John rendition. The dynamic duos of Neil and Lauren as well as Neil and Jacko really made this play stand out. All and all a brilliant show that has a strong tight knit group of actors. 5* Cast 3.5*/4* Show

I can confidently say Smoke Not Included is a blast of a time and well worth seeing. The unpredictable of characters is always enjoyable and each witty line or visual gag is sure to get a laugh. Every member of the cast pulls their weight in each scene and adds to the madness of the play. ❤️
