Description
Blind Summit – makers of Fringe hits The Table and Citizen Puppet – pull back the covers on puppet sexuality in contemporary Britain. What do puppets look like naked? Fancy some no strings sex? What are you doing with your hands? Not so much the "birds and bees", more the "nuts and bolts", of puppet intimacy. General venue access
- Accessible entry: Queue in cobbled courtyard. Access to space via locked lift, please notify venue ahead of your visit if you require use of the lift and ask at Info Shed upon arrival for access. Lift dimensions are 1200mm x 1200mm, max. weight 500kg. Performance space is on the First Floor with 20 steps up a permanent stone staircase with handrails.

An omnibus with several stories. Some of them you could relate, some of them you could just laugh along. But the show educated you while made you laugh. That was the point I think.

A hugely entertaining show. At times you forget the voices don’t actually belong to the puppets. There is a time and a place to talk all things sex and where better than at the Edinburgh fringe out of the mouths of puppets. Excellent 100% worth seeing.

A surprisingly thought provoking piece. The performance made by the puppeteers was incredible to watch with how seamless the movement and emotions were put together through the individual puppets. You don’t want to miss this.

Short, hilarious interviews about bold topics on sex, inspiring and funny! The collaboration and the performance are absolutely professional, the puppets are cute and wild - all to praise the human bodies and emotions. It's a must-see in Fringe!

This show is such a great way to end a day at the fringe! You genuinely forget that these are just puppets, and get fully engrossed in their stories and personalities. There is literally nothing quite like this at the fringe, and is worth the jaw-ache (from laughing, the puppets will do the rest!)

Fantastic and skilful puppetry. All four puppeteers/Actors did an amazing job portraying the different characters of the puppets, both with actions and voices. I loved the actual puppets too. A really enjoyable and amusing show. I highly recommend going to see this innovative and slick performance. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Extraordinarily ordinary people talking about their weird and yet so human desire of sexual connection. A final « tableau », a funny grand finale, histarically provocative puppetry. In the end aren’t we all puppets and aren’t we all seeking for love.
