Description

Sense and Sensibility tells the story of the Dashwood sisters as they navigate the world of love, loss and society. We travel with them as they explore the value of sense – pure logic – and sensibility – pure emotion. Austen protests against her period's typical view of women as sentimental creatures by giving them agency, purpose and drive. Sense and Sensibility is an uplifting story, rich in personality with a witty spirit of justice and depth of relationship. Can one sister learn to follow her head while the other learns to follow her heart?
