Description
Rosie and Hugh the Hedgehog are best friends. They want it to be the last day of summer holidays forever. Impossible? Not if they can find the witch who lives in the middle of the forest with her pet dragon. Join Rosie, Hugh, a squirrel with a wobbly tooth, a little lizard and one very rusty robot on a great, big, heart-warming adventure. Jam-packed with songs from CBeebies' Nick Cope, this show is for 3-8 year-old adventurers – and their families! Brilliant and lovely show. My 3 year old and 10 month old were captivated throughout. Starts gently, has a great message. Very good also to see a woman, and a woman of colour, as the lead, and doing brave, clever adventures. My kids absolutely were capitated with the live music on stage, and impressed that musicians rotated through various roles of characters popping up through the story.

Really good musical for children. My 2 yo loved it. He lasted a full 45 minutes eyes on stage all the time.

Fantastic show! Excellent production, talented performers. It is a captivating, gentle, funny and wholesome show which my 6 year old really enjoyed. And I enjoyed it almost as much. Go see it! 5 stars.

Really loved the show. Uplifting and entertaining. Multi talented team with very good instrumental playing, acting and singing. Also very professional production. My two year absolutely loved it and think we will be back to see if again with my older son.

From my 6 year old: “it was reaaaaallly good”! A lovely show about friendship, being brave and the importance of snacks. I would say 4-5 is the ideal age (especially for those just about to go to school), but everyone who loves a Nick Cope song will like it too. Good show for kids who are looking for something a little quieter, not overly stimulating (though plenty of action to keep everyone engaged)

We really enjoyed this show! I took my 5yo and almost 3yo and they were captivated throughout. The 5yo couldn't get over the fact that the lizard, mum, violinist and witch were all played by the same person. Great songs, fun vibes and a real festival fringe feel for the younger audiences.
5 Stars! *****

This is a wonderful show - really talented cast, excellent live music and so well staged. My nearly-four-year-old was mesmerised throughout (and he never normally sits still that long!) Highly recommended!

Amazing show!! The songs, the acting, the story: all were really excellent. With a couple of young kids, I've now seen quite a number of kids shows and this was one of the most professional and engaging I have seen. Thanks to all involved!!
