Description
Sheila Erskine (Robert Gordon University) leads us on a journey of epicurean wonder as we explore how and why the food we eat shapes our identity, mental health and relationships across our lives. Take a deep dive into how the sociology of food has influenced the rhythms, routines and rituals of food practices in families and homes. Examine how food memories from our earliest moments influence our ability to connect and make positive relationships with the people around us and how this impacts on our mental health. Mealtimes have never been so important! Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted.
