Ray was previously the support act for John Bishop on his 2022 UK arena tour, and is now doing a pub in Edinburgh to show how well his career is going.

Ray is a funny and very genuine guy, with a whole raft of anecdotes and tall tales that are guaranteed to make you laugh. The venue is straight from the original style Fringe setup - a small room above a bar, which is so intimate that you feel the audience is part of the act. On the evening that we visited we also saw a short set from Ray O'Leary, an up and coming act from New Zealand who had a different delivery but was no less entertaining.
