Description

At the Church of Ratology, we worship rats. Through comedy, performance art, and audience participation, we satirise religious ritual in a glorious festival of rats and trash. Our version of confession is the holy game of Sin Bingo. Our rosary, a cheese-eating competition. Our holy water, vile fluids. Over the course of an hour, we teach the audience to behave like rats – in the process, we hope to tear down the social barriers we all put up as humans. The goal is always to create a feeling of community, however absurd the means.

Sick show, one of my favorites. GO and participate! You won't regret it. Rat Mass gives the audience an opportunity to loosen up and dive into extreme novelty. Take a leap of faith and embrace the Rat.

Really fun show! It's lighthearted, very funny, and the audience participation is very sweet... and there's prizes. Ingesting the vile fluids is a once in a lifetime opportunity (unless you're from Chicago). Even if you don't like rats and don't want to ascend to their way of living, you will absolutely enjoy the charming performers. I smiled the whole show, couldn't recomended any higher!!
