Description

The Phillips Academy Andover Student Ensemble comprises of students with writing, acting, dancing, and/or backstage experience. They have developed a shared vocabulary around points of inspiration, blurring traditional theatrical roles. They have experimented with movement motifs and improvisational techniques to create a narrative structure in which audiences can find meaning. Our hope with this program is that performing at the Fringe provides the opportunity for young performers to gain first-hand experience as part of a travelling ensemble and valuable insight into life as a professional artist, while also strengthening the quality of the performing arts at Andover.
