Description

A fun, fast-paced comedy show, made up entirely on the spot from your suggestions! The Imps have been bringing critically acclaimed improv performances and up-and-coming comedic talent to the Fringe for over ten years. These high-energy shows come packed with Whose Line Is It Anyway?-style games, brought to life by Oxford's wittiest minds. Be prepared for improvised scenes, punning, raps, Shakespeare, musicals and much more! Perfect for teens and families.

General venue access

  • Wheelchair Accessible Toilets
  • Accessible entry: Patrons enter the building via either 3 shallow steps or the platform lift at the front of the building. Please note the platform lift is only suitable for manual wheelchairs and not power wheelchairs. The Nip can be accessed via the building lift to the 1st floor. The Accessible toilet is located on the Basement level. Please make yourself known to a member of staff (in a pink t-shirt) if you require assistance or require a specific seat.

How and when to make an access booking

Our access tickets service is available to anyone who:

  • Would like to book specific accessibility services, e.g. a hearing loop, audio description headsets, captioning units, seating in relation to the location of the BSL interpreter
  • Requires extra assistance when at a venue
  • Has specific seating requirements
  • Is a wheelchair user
  • Requires a complimentary personal assistant ticket to attend a performance

Went to see The Oxford Imps a few days ago and couldn’t recommend this show enough… the Imps had an amazing chemistry combining to produce a show that’s fun, interesting with a lot of amusing audience participation. Highly recommend!

Saw show on Friday. Funny and clever, paced well. Moments of hilarity and some good longer improv. Regular fans and always come back for more!

Saw this show on a Friday, it was good fun, family friendly (though younger kids may not follow it), genuinely clever and funny performers. Also saw them last year with same thoughts!
