What a FABULOUS way to start your day. You too can be a star on the stage or just stay in your seat and join in. It’s a fun for all karaoke blast. I ended up singing my heart out. Great cast, lots of enthusiasm. Only 4 performances left. Don’t miss it x

It you’re an early bird and want to kickstart the day and get some happy vibes - nothing better! I recently attended the Original Sing-Along to Smash Hit Musicals—a show I initially chose as a filler before another event. Having seen The Best of West End and Broadway show by the same team, I thought it would be a pleasant way to pass the time. Little did I know that this show would turn out to be an absolute blast!

The format is simple but incredibly fun: a fantastic selection of musical hits that you can sing along to, either from the comfort of your seat or, if you’re feeling brave, with a microphone on stage. As someone who prefers to stay in the background, I was content to sing from my seat, but it was amazing to see so many people, young and old, get up and shine under the spotlight.

The cast was wonderful, effortlessly encouraging audience participation and making everyone feel at ease. It’s clear they enjoy what they do, and their energy is contagious. There’s something incredibly joyous about watching people from all walks of life come together to celebrate the magic of musicals.

A particular highlight for me was the cast’s performance of “Seasons of Love” from Rent. The harmonies were beautifully done, and it was one of those moments where you could feel the entire room collectively holding their breath in awe.

Overall, this show offers something for everyone, whether you’re a die-hard musical theatre fan or just looking for a fun session at the Edinburgh Fringe. I highly recommend it—be prepared to sing your heart out and leave with a smile on your face!

What a way to wake up in the morning. It's like a full kareoke party at 10am and I loved every second of it. The cast leading the show are so much fun and really make the whole show. I can't wait to come back again next week. This is also perfect for any fringe performer to wake them selves up and warm them selves up for the day. Don't miss this you will be disappointed if you do.
