‘No, but a tin can’ by the Exeter Comedy Society was a fun and vibrant show featuring an array of sketches all of which delivered on the promise of bringing joy and laughter to the audience.
Particular congratulations are due for the final sketch which featured musical comedy, bushes and star of the film ‘gladiators’ Russell Crowe.
Other highlights included sketches on: border control, Lewis Carroll’s classic poem ‘Jaberwocky’ and the Miss Universe competition.
A very strong cast kept the audience entertained throughout and it is also clear that the production team and creatives worked hard to create a seamless production, an all-round brilliant show. TP

This should be on Radio 4 at 6:30 in the evening. Amazingly original and very well performed by students who should be on telly too. Some very good ideas in what was the best sketch show I've ever seen at the Fringe. They must have had great fun creating it and that comes across. I feel lucky to be on a planet which produces such talent. We need more shows like this and they need to be longer too :-)

A delightful show with consistently funny sketches. Everything was timed to perfection so that nothing felt like it dragged on, and every idea felt original and interesting. Extremely impressive, especially from a student group. The final sketch was a particular favourite. Really worth seeing!

Great show with well-observed and quirky original content. Fantastic to see student comedy that doesn't rely heavily on blue humour and bad language to get a laugh! Close to family friendly. Funniest show I've seen so far.

Great student led sketch show. The cast showed a wide range of skills in mannerisms and accents. Unique and quirky sketches with a sprinkle of musical comedy. A fabulous original sketch show.

Visited this show on its second day, and it was brilliant! Each sketch had a lovely charm, and was hilarious in its own right. The cast had some wonderful physicality and voice-work as well, a talented crew if ever I saw one! Totally recommend giving it a look in.

Solid effort at sketch comedy … good acting … one cast member needs to speak up … I’m glad there are still sketch groups out there …needs improvement in writing
