Brilliant, loved it, can't wait for more. Extremely well thought through and really funny. Good rhythm, great for quirky queer science lovers like myself hehe. Just maybe a bit loud, I think next time the microphones could be adjusted a bit better to suit the size of the venue.

Nerd Mentality was a welcoming comedy show which invited all audience members to share their favourite subject with the risk of being kindly picked on as a fellow nerd. Erudite, funny, and with brilliant switches from smartly amusing power point talks to word & maths play to songs.

Joe and Merry ooze a funny, adorable kind of chemistry that is brilliantly entertaining. I laughed heartily and, when I wasn’t laughing I was just grinning with a kind of euphoric awe at what was unraveling. Some really beautiful tangents and plot-twists in this meticulously funny show. Easily one of my Fringe top 3. I’m already hoping there’s a sequel next year!!

We stumbled on Merry and Joe at the Keller venue and were so pleasantly surprised! It was a jumble of fun that included audience nerds, hilarious songs accompanied by the ukelele and an overall warmth. Highly recommend!!

I really enjoyed this show. Intelligent but silly fun. And nerdy in an accessible way, not trying to be too clever. Warm and funny hosts who are great at audience participation.
