Description

Emmy-nominated actress, Naomi Grossman made a name for herself as Pepper on American Horror Story, the fan-favourite and first crossover character. This side-splitting one-woman show shares her darkly fabulous and profoundly revealing behind-the-scenes experiences leading up to AHS and its afterglow. Winner of the BroadwayWorld Award for Best Solo Production, this love letter to AHS fans chronicles Naomi's history of hustling, from her odd jobs to her even odder love life. Off-Broadway critics tout, 'This is a one-of-a-kind performance from a one-of-a-kind person. If HBO isn't calling, they should be... not to be missed' (EljNYC.com).

Go! Go! Go! While you can still see this show up close and personal. Funny with a gut punch. Love conquers all !! Or does it?
I’m going to see it again.

Poignant and hilarious, shocking and amusing. Naomi Grossman’s ‘American Whore Story’ is a rollercoaster ride of emotions told in her uniquely entertaining, dynamic, comedic and physical way of storytelling and acting. I was so excited to be going to this show and it didn’t disappoint. Neither did the sheer awesomeness of Naomi who was so generous with her time, sticking around after the show to meet with the audience. She was warm, lovely, and just as genuine in person as she was on stage. I would not only recommend this show to fans of American Horror Story and the iconic ‘Pepper’ character but to anyone and everyone who loves to be thoroughly entertained.

Thoroughly enjoyed Naomi’s show. Laughed and even shed some tears. Delivers with great passion and energy throughout showcasing her talents. Even friends who hadn’t been aware of Naomi’s previous works had a hoot. Even got to enjoy a ceilidh after. Icon!

Funny and heartbreaking and so very relatable. A deeply personal story of how an over achiever in all aspects of life except her romantic choices comes to realization and acceptance. Seeing and accepting others for who and what they really are is difficult. Seeing and accepting who WE really are is harder. Bravo Naomi for the magnificent progress you have made on both your personal and professional journeys.

Naomi Grossman gives one of the finest one-person performances you could ever hope to witness. She needs very little but her own sheer charisma and stage presence to keep you engaged throughout. It is impeccably written with wit, brutal honesty, and a shining intellectualism. What a star.

Hilarious and poignant the show hits so many notes . A mere 70 minutes to get a glimpse of into the life of Naomi, great show. P.s. also knew where Moldova is after the show , was great to have a chat about the show. Thank you for a brilliant performance!

Naomi is an absolute character in every sense of the word. Her stage presence and comedic timing make every second of this show interesting and compelling. Hilarious personal stories and clever writing make for an extremely entertaining 75 minutes that I enjoyed every second of. Could not have thought of a better way to spend the night.

An absolute pleasure— Naomi is a delight and her intent is to leave us all feeling empowered and entertained. She succeeds on both fronts. And there are passages and moments that will stay with you (and I am not talking about the impeccably done conjugation of a spicy Spanish phrase, although that will DEFINITELY stay with me for a long time.) I recommend, especially for women and anybody seeking the great freedom of knowing your self worth. Thanks Naomi!

You don’t have to be a fan of American Horror Story to appreciate this highly talented and engaging woman relive her past (mistakes and successes) and present plenty of honest anecdotes about her life story. Highly professional and always searingly honest. Recommended!

A fringe highlight - go see this!

What a wonderful, honest, funny and touching story telling experience. Loved every minute of it.

I also adored getting to meet Naomi, who was very generous with her time.

Congrats on a brilliant fringe show!

This is a great show especially if you are a fan of the American Horror Story franchise and Pepper played by the wonderful Hollywood star Naomi Grossman as she tells her story of her struggles to become a great actress as well as the struggles in her life and in love before landing the huge role of Pepper in AHS and Naomi is pure entertainment but truthful, honest and even funny but most of all this show is awesome and at the end Naomi Grossman comes out to meet everyone which is wonderful
5 star show not to be missed

A magnificent raconteur, telling the story of the many years getting to her "overnight" success. A warts and all story of the American Dream, and most certainly not just one for the American Horror Story fans. Hugely enjoyable stuff, get yourself along, you won't be disappointed.
