Meet me in Buenos Aires was absolutely mesmerising (and I’m not one to say that lightly). Florencia is like a shining light - she has so much presence and grace; a delightful voice and captivating story teller. The show had me in tears throughout but in the best sense of experiencing real joy in a way that topped anything you could see on screen! Go and see it wherever it is next playing!

This was the first show I saw at the Fringe (other than those I was working on) and I’m so glad it was this one. Me & my partner absolutely loved the show, it was so moving. We laughed, we gasped and at a few points I welled up. Florencia has a beautiful stage presence and she really draws you in to the story with her easy manner and lovely singing voice. The framing device of cassette tapes that sparks her story is really clever and technically executed perfectly. Highly recommended this beautiful and moving show!

Edinburgh Fringe festival has so many amazing options to choose from, it’s incredibly hard to pick one or two when you have a very limited number of days.
We chose to watch Meet me in Buenos Aires by chance as we weren’t familiar with it, and we definitely made the right choice. We left the show feeling so many different emotions we didn’t think was possible to mix in an hour. Happiness, sadness, love, appreciation, nostalgia, empathy, excitement, relief…
All from a solo performer. She was beautiful, really got into our hearts. The music was beautiful.
Money well spent!

Hightly recommend this show that stirs both the heart and the mind, all the while an incredible array of music from different genres keeps us immersed in the story. The audience is taken on a journey encountering many different places, people and periods of time in a way that one cannot help but reflect on the milestones that shaped their own.

"Meet Me in Buenos Aires" is a standout performance at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe. This show beautifully blends songs and storytelling to recount the journey of an Argentine woman who left her homeland at 19 to travel the world and find love.

Florencia’s rich voice and soulful songs brought Argentina's vibrant essence to life. Her heartfelt stories of joy, heartbreak, and discovery were universally relatable, touching on themes of love, loss, and courage. The intimate venue enhanced the emotional connection, making the audience feel part of her journey.

By the end, I was inspired to visit Argentina and experience its culture firsthand. "Meet Me in Buenos Aires" is a must-see—an evocative and moving performance that stays with you long after the final note.

I have been following Florencia’s career in New York for years and am a super fan. “Meet me in Buenos Aries” is the follow up to her masterpiece “South” and it is equally breathtaking and mesmerizing. Bravo on another hit!
