Description

For millennia, men have written about sex and their work has been called "great literature". But when women do it they're accused of only writing about what they know. All The Men Are Going To Hate Me follows one woman's attempt to write the great novel of the 21st century (about all the men she's slept with). Part stand-up, part erotic poetry, part interpretive dance, this show is an odyssey through time and sex, exploring the line between experience and fiction. 'Big, bold, unapologetically clever' **** (LostInTheatreland.co.uk).

Great show, loved every minute of it!

This show has EVERYTHING. Sex. Beat poetry. Gunplay. You will simultaneously wish you were one of the chapters and also be glad you’re not! Great fun… ladies, perfect date for that gent you met on Tinder.

We saw Maria in My Dad Wears a Dress last year and we’re eager to see more! She did not disappoint

I loved this show, booked it quite last minute and had no idea what to expect but felt so well crafted and clever. Had the audience in their hand! So funny, so witty, great storytelling and hugely relatable. Never thought I’d see someone twerking on a tricycle in the same show as poetry, what a ride. Hope this show goes on to have a life, I’ve been telling everyone they must go.

I chose Marias show at random, knowing [perhaps hoping] it might be quite sexy but it was a hugely enjoyable and touching story about how a beautiful young woman navigates her way through life, sexuality and love. The rating warns about nudity but I must have missed that, unless it refers to erect nipples under a white T shirt, which simply emphasised some of the point of her performance. Maria was engaging, energetic and funny. If I could give star ratings it would be *****

Maria is a queen! I love her stage presence and this show was so relatable. All the men ffs

A great way to spend a hour - very funny, as Maria blends verbal and physical comedy into a laugh out loud show.

I’m going to start looking up when I need my man to react to what I’ve just said and if he still doesn’t notice, I might just ride around in a tricycle and call him Jamiroqui.
Was lucky to get the last 2 tickets. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a great show! Maria gives an incredible physical performance telling her 12 chapter story of her sexual experiences, interspersed with her brief one line poems. Her expressive face and inspired delivery are hilarious. Not only does this woman deserve ***** reviews but, if I was a guy, despite the title of her show, I'd want to be her boyfriend!

I picked this show at absolute random and it is the best descision I made all year!

Maria has crafted a show that will confuse, entertain and most importantly stick with you! I haven't been able to stop rolling it around in my head.

Utterly unique in the way the best fringe shows are, strange, personal, vulnerable and deeply relatable.

This show was absolutely amazing!! Maria is so talented and put together such a clever and hilarious show. If you have ever had sex with a man (and even if you haven’t!) then this show is for you!!

A very daft show, Maria is obviously a great performer and displays a really convincing stage presence. The show is very tech-ambitious and even in the moments a tech cue may not hit, or an audience member may not play along with something, Maria's energy and passion win you over every time. I felt like I was watching someone who's going to become a big deal in the future.

We feel like this is what the Fringe is all about... Taking chances to see someone you don't know and that being one of the best shows you've seen! Maria's show is not only amazingly executed and hilarious but is creative in all mediums! You are taken through a journey of dance, action, drama and nostalgia that leaves you wanting more!

Really loved the show! Maria is a delight to watch on stage. The story is cleverly written and performed with so much energy and love, it’s clear Maria has a passion for writing, the show is both punchy and endearing and I would 100% recommend. Loved giggling along! The perfect amount of self aware and silly!

Funny, clever and talented. Really enjoyed Maria’s show. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely look to see her again in future

I went to see this show on a whim as I had some time to kill in between appointments and I was absolutely blown away. Maria is so so funny and the show is the silliest but most relatable thing I’ve ever seen. I went during a preview run and there was only a few of us there in the audience but Maria performed as if the room was full, with confidence and the perfect amount of interaction with us. I will definitely be back to see Maria in the future and have told all of my friends to check her out.

What an amazing show, would thoroughly recommend. Very creatively written, hilarious, energetic, funny and touching. One of the best things I've seen, Maria is very talented.

Oh. My. God. Altered my brain chemistry I’ve never felt more seen. I’m gonna become the most insufferable person now telling anyone I speak to about this show! I feel so privledged to be able to see her before she becomes the next big thing (it’s gonna happen, I bet on it). I’ve seen a lot of fringe shows but the energy she creates in this show gives perfectly unhinged intellectual kind of energy. Only show where I can be part of a cowboy showdown to represent her situation-ship makes this a MUST SEE for literally anyone with an amazing sense of humour ;)

Ahhh so so good, perfect mix of funny-relatable and funny-why-is-she-so-good-at-interpretive-dance. Wished it could’ve gone on for longer, but may content myself with going again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
