Description

Luminesence, or Can You Spare a Moment to Talk takes on a different approach to traditional theatre in order to display a series of scenarios centred on the anxieties of people and their discussion of problems. These scenes and scenarios share nothing in their story or context. The characters begin and end in their scene, only connecting through the shared themes of the scenario's topics of discussion. Stories range from awkward first dates to being sat outside a nightclub. Anxieties and problems are found in all places at all levels and this play hopes to explore a range.

This was an interesting look at modern relationships and dilemmas! It was very well written, presented and acted! It was amusing in places and was punctuated with some very pleasant live music. Both entertaining and thought provoking! A must see at the fringe!!
