This was right up my street, as it involves a lot of food and drink and very little actual walking! Leith is a lovely area in which to while away a few hours in the sunshine. Everything we were served at each of the different outlets was delicious (coffee & pastry, cullen skink, local beer, baked goats' cheese, sangria, scones with jam & cream and tea). It was well organised and we were expected and welcomed at each location. The lovely tour guide gave us a little insight into her own life story and imparted various information about the area's history. I enjoyed her company and that of my fellow travellers. One of the highlights was having a drink on the deck of a permanently moored ship which is run as a hotel.
