Description
Disconnected to this world, Angela's limbo land predicament in the afterlife reaches purgatorial proportions in this humorous contemplative musical with original catchy tunes. Follow office worker Angela on her journey from this life into the next as she navigates past misdemeanours and an unsettling sin count analysis, in her quest for redemption. A heartwarming and humorous story of missed opportunities, mixed messages and mistakes and a manoeuvring message from beyond the grave. Will things turn out right? Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted. How good was that?! made me laugh, and cry. (“ ..almost thought I saw you in a crowd, or was it just the colours of a rainbow in my mind. “) ( just Wow! ) . And the music and songs are more than just catchy. Eg that Glasgow kiss one - sheer class. Could go on and on. Not surprised at the standing ovation at the end

I thoroughly enjoyed Home Body, a new play (musical comedy) , well directed and written , with great acting and catchy original tunes , both poignant and funny at the same time & left you wanting more. The live music the icing on the cake. It is a shame there is only one more show planned at the fringe this year, I would definitely recommend it.
