Description

This production is a gripping story of a mother abandoned, a wife rejected, and the lengths a woman scorned will go to for justice. Using modernised dialogue and spoken word in place of strophes and antistrophes, this adaptation of a Greek classic is bound to challenge our mindsets about women's strengths. Our modern interpretation of Medea is more than a story of a woman scorned, this narrative addresses female insecurities and power in a raw emotional way. It takes a dramatic and heartbreaking story and makes it accessible to more modern women.
