Step into the haunting presence of Alexander Blackwood. Join us on this intimate and insightful journey as he shares his life story, from childhood to becoming a pastor at the world's first deaf church, right here in Edinburgh. Produced by and starring a deaf cast, witness Blackwood's profound impact on the deaf community. Meet other famous deaf figures from Edinburgh's history along the way, and discover how these interactions shaped deaf society and language. A tale both curious and enlightening, let's follow his journey through the city that influenced deaf culture around the world.
