Description

A stand-up comedian for over 30 years, Gavin Webster is back at the fringe to share his jokes, routines, set pieces, one liners, dark observations, sardonic ukulele comedy songs and verbal crash bang wallops. He’s gigged all round the world, done many radio and television programmes even films as well as over 20 fringe stand-up runs. It has involved swearing though, lots of it and shouting as well, it wouldn’t be Gavin Webster without lots of swearing and shouting. ‘Tough talking no nonsense Geordie wit' (Times).

General venue access

Accessible entry: Entry to venue via 16 North St. Andrew Street. Venue clearly signposted. There are 13 steep steps up a stone staircase with handrails into the performance space. Staff are always available to assist, however we cannot help to carry customers.

Even in his more serious moments, he can always find a funny punchline. There is even time for him to end on a song to round of an hour as only he can.
