Really enjoyed this musical and having read a few autobiographies of comedians and actors who started out at the Fringe, there is more than a grain of truth in this shows songs and set pieces, showing just how difficult it is to break through when you are one of hundreds.
The six performers were excellent and can only wish them the very best for their futures.
Deserves a wider audience.

ADORED this charming show! For me the highlight was the incredible singing from the talented cast. You could tell a lot of love and work had gone into this! I especially enjoyed the actor who played Darren who I thought was really good :) so glad I went to see it!!

This show is hilarious and heart-warming. I really felt all the emotions throughout what was a short slot. This is an incredibly strong group of performers, whose chemistry and talent lit the stage up and I left the theatre knowing the future of English musical theatre is in safe hands. The writing was witty and sleek. The music was amazing and I will never be able to get that bloody motif out of my head as it such an ear worm! But I’m not complaining about that. Most importantly everyone just looked like they were having a blast. Well done to all involved :)

What a heartwarming magical show . The story is beautifully sung and the chemistry between the cast is magical . A truly wonderful uplifting show with a humanist theme that brings home what matters in life . Sung with great skills and verve by a superb cast. Bravo to the writer and performers .

Wow! Hats off, what a show! Co-writers Sean and Freya really smashed this out the park! Great writing, music, and performances. I was blown away and even sneaked back for seconds on Friday and brought my friends. Bright futures for everyone involved. They'll be back!

We’ll be able to say we saw it here first, before it hit the big time. Touching story, laugh out loud moments and great ensemble numbers. Set and lighting reflected the energy and pace. Great songs that you feel you know they are so natural. Kept us humming on the bus home!

Fantastic show! Great songs, loved it! Such talented cast and crew.

Witty, unpredictable, talented and naturally giving - these young performers are incredible. This show packs a lot into its allotted 50 minutes and gives a lot for the audience to laugh at, singalong with, think about and wish you could get up and dance to!
Fringe: the Musical has got to be destined for a much bigger stage and a longer opportunity to explore its story, characters, songs and themes. I'm genuinely chuffed I saw it last night and not just because I enjoyed it so much. I know that I've now bagged the bragging rights when it's famous to say I saw it first!
This show is punching above its weight, do yourself a favour and go and see it!

Absolutely brilliant! Such a talented group of young performers - everyone one of them was fantastic across the board (singling, acting, dancing, great comic timing)! Very slick, music was fabulous. Look forward to seeing these performers and a longer version of the musical in the West End! ‘Bread and ducks’ is my new favourite expression!

Wow, wow, wow - this original musical was a joy from start to finish! The musical score and songs were beautiful, contrasting heartfelt and emotional numbers with humorous and lighthearted ensemble pieces. Performances were strong across the entire cast, with grreat acting, amazing singing and slick choreography. A brilliant and engaging production - which you must see! Well done - an absolute triumph! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Surprisingly good pop songwriting and a cheerful spirit makes this show breezy fun. The dialogue is rich with true-to-life details, helping you feel immersed in the hair salon setting. The plot may be a little bit on the light side, but that feels okay for an unpretentious under-one-hour piece.

What I love and enjoy about fringe theatre is to witness new writing being brought to life and watching new performers - it was lovely to chat to one of the writers, Sean before the show after being one of the lucky few to purchase a ticket at the last minute for their opening night which was eventually sold out. A truly BEAUTY-ful production (hence, the title) with hilarious moments and thank you to the Company for stopping to chat afterwards and for me to show my appreciation

This show was SO GOOD!!! The music was super catchy with some gorgeous harmonies which were sung beautifully, the script was hilarious and emotional at all the right times and acted superbly by the gorgeous cast. If you’re looking for an uplifting, sweet laugh-out-loud new musical then this is the show for you !!!

Loved this show; the cast had great chemistry and some gorgeous voices, and it was great to see a completely original piece that has the potential to grow into a longer form musical. Nothing but positive things to say about it. Also the age rating is just right for the content.

So lovely! First night glitches aside you’d have to be dead inside not to be caught up in this fun show!

Ruth Velenski 26 days ago

Very very amateurish . Poor performance felt like a girls high school play. Walked out.

Reserve the other palace in London for this super charming show.
