Description

Beyond the Clouds features new work from Geoff Uglow’s ongoing series inspired by Edinburgh alongside his evocative Italian landscapes, serene seascapes, and lush rose garden. Uglow is a painter for the ages, uncompromising and original, his work a love poem to the natural world. Professor Koji Hatakeyama creates patinated, cast bronze boxes with gold or silver interiors. He creates enigmatic, patinated surfaces which represent the landscape, evoking a sense of time. His work has been exhibited internationally and is held in numerous museum collections worldwide. We also celebrate jeweller Paul Preston and continue our Modern Masters series.
