Description

The remarkable talent of Oliver Harris returns for the ninth year running to Frankenstein's with an hour of pure Elvis Presley songs. Critics have acclaimed Oliver as a voice of a generation. All the great songs from Suspicious Minds and It's Now or Never to An American Trilogy. Sold out for the last eight years; reserving tickets in advance is highly recommended.

General venue access

  • Accessible entry: Four steps into the venue and then a further 16 steep steps to the performance level. Toilet facilities are on the performance level only.

    • Wheelchair access type: Not fully wheelchair accessible

  • Stairs: 11- 20
    Number of stairs is provided as guidance and is not in addition to any wheelchair access type (lift/ramp etc) stated above.

How and when to make an access booking

Our access tickets service is available to anyone who:

  • Would like to book specific accessibility services, e.g. a hearing loop, audio description headsets, captioning units, seating in relation to the location of the BSL interpreter
  • Requires extra assistance when at a venue
  • Has specific seating requirements
  • Is a wheelchair user
  • Requires a complimentary personal assistant ticket to attend a performance

Captivating performer who captures the essence
of Elvis with passion and skill. A delight to watch for all levels of Elvis fans, with a diverse range of songs from the greatest hits to lesser known gems- all brought to life beautifully and wholeheartedly. Would recommend and have recommended to extended friends and family.

Oliver was excellent and put on a really good show. Close your eyes and Elvis comes alive. Oliver also has a fabulous personality - so I didn't find anything negative about the show. You leave on a high after some wonderful music. The Frankenstein pub is a quirky venue putting on some brilliant music in an intimate setting.

My husband’s not a big fan of Elvis but even he was impressed how good Oliver is. He sounds so like Elvis, so if you’re a big fan (and even if you’re not!) go and see him, you won’t be disappointed.

A mesmerizing time with a HUGE amount of Elvis songs for just 60 minutes, so it's brilliant value too. The venue was fabulous and sounded great, and Oliver is a spot-on impersonator with great energy and humour. And in between the classics, he's a genuinely charming and lovely bloke who clearly has a huge passion for the man and the music he's bringing to life. Brought me to tears, loved every second.

This man can sing! He’s not an Elvis impersonator but definitely an Elvis sound-a-like. A great choice of songs with a little bit of humor for good measure. An hour of feel-good happiness. Highly recommended!

Just close your eyes and listen. This will NOT disappoint. Elvis in Edinburgh and tickets under £20! Go. Enjoy. You must and you will.

We first saw Oliver at the fringe 6 years ago and loved him. Got here on Monday and completely booked out for the 2 days that we are here. After emailing him in the off chance he advised we go to the Frankenstein pub 20 mins before the show was due to start and got our 4 x tickets. Thanks Oliver for the guidance and for a fantastic show. Your voice is more like Elvis than Elvis. We big upped you to our friends and you did not disappoint. We highly recommend this show so if you are at the fringe head down there, you won’t be disappointed
