Elaine always puts on a great show. This is as tender and thoughtful as it is funny.

A deeply personal yet extremely relatable hour. The way the hour is tied together through personal loss, reindeer and the Sami people is masterful. Highly recommended.

I saw Elaine for the first time tonight and was very deeply moved. Her work is unassuming, but funny, well written, and deeply rooted in honesty. Elaine is very upfront about how while the show does have a tragic emotional core, it is still a comedy. And that is the magic of the show. In all the best jokes in this show (best jokes in my opinion) you could read into the trauma that had underpinned that joke, but it was still a joke. It is very difficult to describe without seeing this show. Please go see this show. I'm very sorry that I've already seen it with my only other friend here, and also that I'm not a very important person with an very important opinion. Please go see this show!

If you know your BBC Radio Comedy (and you ruddy well should) then you'll know that this is a treat. And it really is.

She deserves a bigger audience but it is a small room; see her while you can.

Wonderful.
