We are locals, and are always looking for something different in the Fringe. This was a great alternative experience, enjoyable for visitors to the City or people who can appreciate how well-observed the humour is. Great show.

This event attracted my attention among thousands of Fringe shows because of its original format of combining a walking tour of the Royal Mile and comedy. If Angus’s career of a town planner ever comes to an end, it will be stand-up comedy’s gain. The quality of jokes and smiles among the group made this event unforgettable. Angus has a great eye for detail.

Picked randomly to fill a gap in our schedule and ended up one of the most enjoyable things we did.know Edinburgh so didn’t want a normal tour and this was great! Hard to believe this is not his profession. Angus had a great delivery taking off celebrity historians gleefully and backing up his very funny inaccurate facts with sudo statistics.

Found this show on Nearby Now. Always entertaining with some very funny moments. Professional delivery. I noticed lots of details that I have previously missed on the same route. Makes a nice change from sitting in a darkened room.

Very much enjoyed this unique tour. It's a short walk, with lots of silliness.
On the day we went, it felt like the tour started off with less energy than it could have, and it ran over a little possibly because of that. The pace was much better at the end when the pace picked up.
Otherwise, it was a great start to the day, and it was fun to see some of the plaques on the Royal Mile that I'd never noticed before, and that probably shouldn't be there at all.

Brilliant and funny. Enjoyed this tour so much. Very convenient tour, not a lot of walking. Angus is a great guide and had us in splits all the time. Was surprised to find out he's not a comedian. Much recommended.

Angus is a genius! Great tour of silliness brilliantly delivered - love the running theme of the curse of Edinburgh!
Would highly recommend to anyone looking to collect a random set of irreverent ‘facts’ to stun and shock the less well informed!

This is a must! Angus was thoroughly engaging throughout the tour and there were many laugh-out-loud moments. What an entertaining experience.

Well worth doing, 5 stars from me and my partner!
Angus instantly got everyone involved by finding out where we were from and throughout the tour would throw us some brilliant factually inaccurate history related to our hometowns. A hilarious walk through of Edinburghs history (inaccurate of course) and a genuine highlight of my fringe visit.
For those put off by the fact it’s a walk, don’t worry you don’t actually walk too far but such a unique act and something I will be recommending to anyone visiting the fringe this year!
