Nothing short of absolute genius, this was our highlight of the fringe. The whole family loved it and we keep watching the recording back still unsure how it was done. I just don't know how
he was able to just chat to my family make all those great jokes and a really funny song for us but it was really special. We paid for some expensive shows this year but we all agree this show the most fun we had - would have paid much more and want to see it in a bigger space so people don't have to sit on the floor Get a card machine Dru and best of luck !! Drug’s show was intimate, unique and very entertaining! He did a personal song for each audience member which was clever and funny and gave a taste of his talent. Highly recommended!

Dru, an impresario of impro and svengali of audience participation will have you in 'stitches' from start to finish. Stood before you in no more than his 'under crackers, he composes songs about the lives of his audience in their chosen genre. Expect surreal and spellbinding hilarity. ☆☆☆☆☆

What can I say. Laughed from start to finish. Luckily I didn't get singled out but would have been overjoyed to have been. The show is incredibly funny, witty and entertaining. The speed in which Dru can make up and improvise music and lyrics is outstanding and incredibly intelligent and uses great skill. The audience were laughing all the way through and commenting about recommending to friends as a must see show. I spent a week at the fringe and this was by far the best thing I saw all week.

Dru Cripps holds that unexplainable captivating stage presence - the one you always hope to find but in reality, is so hard to come by. His warmth creates a perfectly balanced uncomfortably comfortable kind space for all the hilarity and unexpected to unfold. A very real gem. You'll leave with a lasting smile, guaranteed.

After watching countless Fringe shows over the years, Dru's show is an absolute stand-out! Unique, hilarious and sharp, Dru knows exactly how to delight an audience. A mixture of clown, audience participation and improvised songs, 'Druniversal Credit' is the must-watch show of the Fringe. This cheeky rapscallion produces rambunctious laughter from an audience like no other! Let all memories of dry stand-up in warm caves go and get yourself a song from a man in his boxers! Go. Go again. Who knows what will happen next?!

Dru was the highlight of our Fringe and we are so glad we managed to see him. His act is absolutely hilarious, incredibly witty and we have both never seen anything like it before! We both laughed from the moment we entered the yurt to when we left and proceeded to tell everyone else we met after about the show. I would urge anyone to go and catch Dru before he goes! Legend.

Very much enjoyed this, my cheeks hurt from laughing! Very much a go with the flow kind of show, which takes guts (and more brains than he lets on), but Dru does so with aplomb. If you can catch the last show, do. This is a performer with a lot of potential.

I loved the show, Dru is so charming, funny and really fast with his crowd work and songs. I can't believe he kept us laughing like that for song just by improvising. My only complaint is he wasn't in his boxers like the poster... But it was a bit cold out. ;) we'll be back for sure!

Such a great show. The energy was amazing. Dru's improvisation skills are top notch. Loved the audience participation too!

Fantastic show from Dru - saw him last year and booked tickets immediately when we saw he was performing again this year. An absolute must see and highlight of the Fringe!

A great performer and comedian, Dru's show was very funny and entertaining! A lost voice at the start of the fringe must be any performer's nightmare, but Dru's show was hilarious! He showed insane versatility and improv prowess by pivoting to a voiceless show with great audience interaction! The crowd work was on point and he made great use of his lack of voice to hilarious effect! Not one to miss

Such a fantastically funny show. Dru captured the audience’s complete attention from the get go and despite not saying a word until about 15 minutes in we couldn’t take our eyes off of him; there wasn’t a single second of silence where someone wasn’t laughing. The show incorporated the perfect amount of audience participation coupled with Dru’s hilariously witty observations. I couldn’t believe that this was a show written as a backup due to Dru unfortunately losing his voice a few days prior. If anything- it added to it! Definitely a must see- I couldn’t stop laughing for the full hour and would’ve stayed another :) I look forward to returning when Dru’s voice has healed and can perform his regular set!

I’m almost but not quite 100% sure his lost voice wasn’t part of the act, because it was such a funny hour. Intentional or not it was very Goes Wrong Show. My 3 teenage daughters laughed more than at any other show. Thanks!

We just saw this with Dru having totally lost his voice. Thought that was part of the act because he made it work so well with audience participation at its maximum - letting us do the work. Having googled him after the show now realise he usually speaks (and sings/beat boxes) so can only imagine it’s even better when he does. So have booked to go back! Fantastically fun and definitely worth seeing - a completely natural comedian.
