We left this guided meditation asking ourselves why we hasn't started each day with it so far! We felt entirely relaxed and at peace, something you definitely need during the fringe festival!
Nestled amongst a lovely high street of great cafes and shops, a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, and well worth the stroll.
