Description
Songs and stories from the award-winning Scottish troubadour’s back catalogue. A unique blend of Americana/Scottish roots combined with the unfettered enthusiasm of a rock’n’roller and the sympathetic delivery of folk’s best storytellers. A spellbinding live performer, armed with a searingly soulful voice, skilfully crafted songs and earworm-inducing melodies, Dean’s travels have taken him from Scotland’s post-industrial heartlands to the panoramic vistas of the US deserts where he recorded his recent album Sinner’s Shrine with desert noir icons Calexico. Plus special guests. 'Intoxicating' **** (Rolling Stone).
