What a great show! A very smooth and assured evening of magic. The venue gives you the opportunity to watch Dan do his stuff really closely. Believe me, it doesn't help explain it! Objects appear, transform and travel instantly across the room. Fair and free choices are made and somehow still arrive at amazing conclusions. There's a really lovely (I thought quite emotional?) part in the show where members of the audience recount personal memories. While you're enjoying the shared moment, wham, a remarkable feat of prediction leaves everyone pretty staggered. It's super accomplished stuff and he brings an ease and very relaxed style and humour to it. Dan is a real professional - however he does it, he gives nothing away, and I was looking VERY close. Definitely a man to go and see perform - five stars.
