Description
Craig Herbertson, Edinburgh singer and songwriter, presents a celebration in folk song and folk story of Scotland. From Edinburgh's Hauf-Hangit Maggie to the controversial Bonnie Prince Charlie, it's a bagatelle of the loved and unloved of Scotland. The genius of Rabbie Burns, the madness of the Jacobites, the gambling Counts and Lairds, the North Sea Tigers and the fighting Irish, with a bit of New Orleans and German whiskey thrown in the confusion. Through it all, the stories of the great, the wise, the drunk and the sober will entertain you. Bring a dram. Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted.
