Description

Real people... Real stories... Real funny. We are sending an outstanding crew of comics from Los Angeles to Edinburgh this year! Cool Beans Comedy comics find the funny in their own lives, from the tiniest trivialities to the grandest tragedies. This is a not-to-miss show with new line-ups each week of the festival, plus a different special guest at every performance: maybe that guest will be… you?

How and when to make an access booking

Our access tickets service is available to anyone who:

  • Would like to book specific accessibility services, e.g. a hearing loop, audio description headsets, captioning units, seating in relation to the location of the BSL interpreter
  • Requires extra assistance when at a venue
  • Has specific seating requirements
  • Is a wheelchair user
  • Requires a complimentary personal assistant ticket to attend a performance

I really enjoyed the wide range of view points and experiences the comedians brought and shared with the audience. It was also really fun to feel such a part of the show!

Fun hour of comedy. About 5-6 LA comics with fun sets about their lives, and at the end, an audience member is selected to “headline.” Very fun and inviting. Would recommend

Enjoyed this show, great comics, lots of diversity lots of different points of view. I like how it’s all story based. At the end someone from the audience is the “headliner” and it’s fun to watch the comics ask questions and craft jokes on the spot. Very funny.

Visited this show with three fifteen year olds. It was a great hour of stand up that we all enjoyed. Watching multiple stand ups in the hour meant that the energy remained great throughout and we each had a favourite! It was cool (beans) to hear American standups and they all managed to weave some British references into their material too, well done. The 'twist' was great and also showcased what a really great group they were.
