Description

Comedy for the Curious is a comedy panel show with a science twist. Each show comprises of three very different stand-up comedy sets all around the topic at hand. Award-winning host Robyn Perkins uses science comedy to explore the theme while the guest comedians take a more light-hearted (and non-science) approach. The show then weaves in hysterical, personal (and often revealing!) chat while exploring the subject further and wraps up with an outrageously silly game! Don't miss this unique format where curiosity and stand-up comedy are combined.

The show could be a bit hit and miss depending on the guests. We saw Marcel whose 50 ways to leave your love was excellent. Don't expect a lot of science.

Good show with plenty of laughs. Robyn Perkins was a good host and her own material was strong. She joined up the other two stand ups well and led the Q&A with confidence. Today’s show was about cats and dogs but they’ll cover other subjects in the run. Well worth a visit.
The other two performers were Jack Barry, who was excellent, and Radu Isaac who was funny but didn’t quite have enough material for his slot.
