Chris' shows are always full of well-etched out observations and this show was no different. He makes a seemingly unrelatable (to myself) context of a story relatable and manages to explore the complexities of growing older in a very silly and meaningful way. His joke-writing is honed and his comedic pace is always impressive. I always trust work with his name on!

Great show, focusing on the 40 plus experience but delivering cutting humour for all age groups in the audience. An hour of wonderful humour and comment on modern living.

Such a treat. Hilarious, clever, heartwarming. Plus seems like such a lovely man which is refreshing. And to see a comic at the top of this game, clearly having lots of fun sharing their story is a really privilege. Set to be a household name for sure.

One of my favourite shows from this year's fringe. Chris is hilarious and the show is very funny, engaging and relatable. And his cloak is fantastic ;)

Very very funny hour - do not miss this show, one of the best, most likeable and laugh out loud stand ups I’ve ever seen. Highly recommended, five stars ! I want a cape…

The big laughs keep coming, with Cantrill’s skilled writing and forthright delivery allowing him to negotiate trickier subjects without losing momentum. And he looks great in a cape.
