Callum Straford: Mozart-182

Comedy (musical comedy, clown)

Description

In this surreal hour of musical comedy and clown, Callum Straford takes you on a genre-bending thrill ride. Straford tells the story of his life in the 21st century, while interweaving music by two of the greatest composers in history: Mozart and Blink-182. This is definitely the best classical pop-punk comedy show you'll ever see. 'There are moments you can't believe what you just saw' (OnyaMagazine.com). 'A remarkable fusion of classical and pop music' ****½ (Mindshare.org.au). 'Some things just can't be taught. Callum Straford is the real deal' (WeekendNotes.com). 'Treat yourself. You won't be disappointed' **** (TheatreMatters.com.au).

Very quirky show, slightly unhinged but was great fun - as me and my date are musicians, at times it was very relatable. The mush-ups between Mozart and Blink was a very fun concept, would definitely recommend people give this show a punt and get involved. Wasn't expecting to be titanic'd, but somehow that seemed peak Fringe.
