****A great couple of performers mixing semi scripted content with funny ad libs. Sensibly not expecting too much audience participation at such an early hour. We laughed a lot , an achievement as we'd only had one coffee to start the day. The landlord song will resonate with many people who rent, young and not so and is worthy of its own show in future. Go see these two (and the sound guy stashed behind the curtain)
