This play was very well performed but it is definitely not a comedy. Take the warnings (especially about violence) very seriously. And also the comments about too-strong accents for non-Scots and do NOT sit in the front row.

Really good show, found the accents hilarious but very good , the characters were well thought out, there was no dull moments, just an all round good watch

If you like a trip to the bookies the is the show for you!
As other it's very Scottish but once you get your head around it you'll laugh from start to finish!!!

Really great preformances. Dark humour and themes. It is very slang heavy and my Dad struggled with understanding sometimes but it did not detract from the overall enjoyment! Be careful sitting in the front row

Ann Marris 25 days ago

Brilliantly acted and the characters kept our attention throughout
Dark humour and.content ,but really enjoyed all aspects of this performance

Ruth Velenski 26 days ago

Was essentially a good play but the main character ‘s Scottish accent was so strong it was almost impossible to follow the script which really made it a challenging watch and we left feeling cheated of what could have been a better show with a more articulate delivery.

This show is well acted and covers various themes of addiction, mental health, greed, revenge to name but a few. Dark topics with a violent conclusion - but there moments/flashes of dark humor. The actors and their performance kept our attention throughout.
It is delivered with strong Scottish accents and dialect - a couple of non-Scots people I was with said it took them 15-20 minutes or so to "tune in" and follow the dialogue fully. But it didn't detract from our overall opinion that the show had been a good watch.

Brilliant acting, a hilarious and inventive script and some no-holds-barred comic stage combat; I loved every minute of it.
