Board game smackdown is so fun!! I loved it so much and personally loved guess who the best. I went last year and enjoyed it so much I just had to go again this year. This is a hilarious show that is so lighthearted and fun. The choice of games they played were amazing and the show overall was just brilliant. 5 starsss!

Really fun alternative form of comedy. A great way to experience multiple comics before choosing who you'd like to see. Light audience participation, I would highly recommend.

Such a fun show, great to see boardgames played with such joy, and to be part of the boards. James, would love it if you got the audience up to join the teams...

I went into the show not really knowing what to expect and I just had so much fun. I guess the challenge is that it is different every time, and it will be somewhat guest-dependent, but when I went there was just so much good energy that I really enjoyed it.

A surprise highlight of the Fringe! A fantastic premise that showcased the comedians humour brilliantly, with just the right level of audience participation. Would particularly recommend seeing at the beginning of your time in Fringe if you're there a limited time, as I bet you'll want to see some of the panelists' own shows after!

Great fun, family friendly. Very much enjoyed by my 12 and 14 year old. Go see it!

Good, fun show with a little bit of audience participation, but no humiliation. All held together expertly by James, whose delivery is pitch perfect. He allows his guests time and space to be funny, showcasing their humour and providing adverts for their own shows. Highly recommended

Really enjoyed the show. Fun and light and one you could take the kids too as well if you wanted to. Definitely worth going to, particularly if you like a board game or party game!

Very funny and entertaining. In our show the audience was also involved (you only had to say something if wanted to). Can only recommend it if you like playing games and comedy combined.
